Relaxation Massage

Relaxation Massage is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a certified Massage Therapist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.
Therapeutic / Deep Tissue Massage

Uses specialized advanced techniques which may include Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial release, Active Release, and deep tissue techniques. Therapeutic massage treats conditions such as overuse injuries (i.e. tendinitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica), sports injuries/recovery, whiplash and other injuries.
We believe that therapeutic massage doesn’t have to hurt to get good results, although some people love the ‘good pain’ of a deep tissue massage – which we are happy to provide. We always work at your comfort level. Communication with your massage therapist is vital to ensure you are getting a treatment that is within your comfort level.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage or prenatal massage is therapeutic massage therapy that focuses on the special needs of the Mother-to-be.
It can reduce muscle tension in the back, hips, and legs. Swedish massage strokes can lessen excess fluid retention in the extremities. Massage also prepares your muscles for easy labour.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is a speciality massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated basalt stones as an extension of their hands as well as placement on client. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up the tight muscles so the therapist can work deeply.
