Reiki vs.
Intuitive Massage & Energy Healing
What's the Difference?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-off (or light-touch) energy healing practice that focuses on balancing the body's energy centers (chakras). It’s a subtle yet powerful modality where the practitioner channels universal life force energy to support healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
A Reiki session typically includes:
-
A quiet, meditative atmosphere
-
Light touch or hands hovering over the body
-
Focus on energetic balance
-
The client is fully clothed and lying still
-
Little to no physical manipulation
-
🌿 Intuitive Massage & Energy Healing goes beyond
Your Intuitive Massage and Energy Healing session is a multi-layered, sacred experience that blends massage therapy, intuitive guidance, and energetic healing — all guided by Spirit and your connection to ancestral wisdom.
An Intuitive Massage & Energy Healing session includes:
-
Full-body massage infused with intention and intuitive touch
-
Energy healing (similar to Reiki) woven throughout the massage
-
Sacred elements like smudging, crystals, feather work, or sound
-
Messages, visions, or spiritual impressions may be shared
-
Emotional, energetic, and spiritual release and integration
-
A ceremonial container that honors the whole being — body, mind, and soul

Reiki Treatment
Your Reiki Session:
A complete Reiki session is offered to a fully clothed recipient who is lying on a treatment table.
Most commonly, Reiki is offered through light, non-invasive touch with the practitioner's hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head and front and back of the body. Additional placements on the limbs can be done as needed (for example, if there is an injury or surgical scar), and some practitioners routinely do so. The Reiki practitioner can hold her hands just off the body if needed (for example, in the presence of an open wound or burn), and some practitioners always offer Reiki in this way.
60 min Session $105
90 min Session $145
What is Reiki
“Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy). Reiki is a type of energy healing.
Energy healing targets the energy fields around the body. According to practitioners, energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or possibly emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.
Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Improving the flow of energy around the body, say practitioners, can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.
