Service and Appointment Policy
Scope of Services
Tribal Earth Wellness offers massage therapy and complementary wellness services, which may include intuitive energy healing, sound healing and ion foot bath sessions.
Complementary wellness services are intended to support relaxation, grounding and personal well-being. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical or mental-health conditions and are not a replacement for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
No particular physical, emotional, energetic or spiritual result can be guaranteed.
Health Information and Informed Consent
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about their health, medications, allergies, injuries, pregnancy status and other relevant conditions before receiving a service.
Please notify Tribal Earth Wellness about any changes in your health before your appointment. A service may be modified, postponed or declined when it may not be appropriate or safe.
Clients may ask questions, request adjustments or withdraw consent at any time during a session.
Massage Therapy, Draping and Boundaries
Professional draping is used during massage therapy. Only the area being treated will be uncovered.
All services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Sexual comments, requests, exposure, harassment, threatening behaviour or inappropriate conduct will result in the session ending immediately. The client may be responsible for the full appointment fee and may be refused future services.
Tribal Earth Wellness also reserves the right to end or refuse a service when necessary to protect the safety, comfort and dignity of the client or practitioner.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service fee. Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full service fee.
Exceptions may be considered for sudden illness, emergencies or severe weather. If you are experiencing a contagious illness, please contact Tribal Earth Wellness to reschedule.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may receive a shortened session so the following client is not delayed. The full scheduled appointment fee may still apply.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
Payment and Direct Billing
Payment is due at the time of service unless another arrangement has been confirmed.
Direct billing is offered as a convenience but is not a guarantee of insurance coverage or payment. Clients are responsible for understanding their benefit plan and paying any amount not covered or declined by their insurer.
Refunds for Services
Fees are charged for the practitioner’s time, professional skill and the service provided—not for a guaranteed outcome.
Completed services are generally non-refundable. If you have a concern about your experience, please contact Tribal Earth Wellness promptly so the matter can be reviewed fairly.
Privacy
Personal and health information is collected only as needed to provide services, maintain appropriate records, process payments or direct billing, and communicate with clients.
Information will be kept private except where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Product Purpose and Disclaimer
Tribal Earth Wellness products are created to support personal ritual, atmosphere, intention and general well-being. Ceremonial, spiritual and energetic descriptions reflect the intention and tradition connected with the products but do not guarantee a particular result.
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental-health condition. Product information should not be interpreted as medical advice.
Sacred Smokeless Smudge Spray Safety and Ceremonial Care
Sacred Smokeless Smudge Spray is prepared in ceremony and carries the intention of the four sacred medicines. Please handle and use it respectfully.
Moon Time
In keeping with the traditional teachings followed by Tribal Earth Wellness, women who are on their moon time are asked not to use, handle or touch the Sacred Smokeless Smudge Spray until their moon time has ended.
Moon time is honoured as a sacred and powerful time. This protocol is not based in shame or the belief that a woman is unclean; it is a ceremonial boundary intended to respect the medicines, the woman’s natural process and the teachings under which the spray was prepared.
If needed, please ask someone who is not on their moon time to move or safely store the bottle.
General Safety

Do not ingest.

Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and other sensitive areas.

Do not spray directly onto children or animals.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Use cautiously around anyone with allergies, asthma, fragrance sensitivities or breathing concerns.

Test a small area before spraying on fabrics, furniture or finished surfaces.

Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.
Candle Safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, flammable materials and anything that may catch fire.
Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Trim the wick before each use and discontinue burning when approximately ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the container.
Winter Shipping
Because freezing temperatures may affect the quality, consistency and packaging of liquid sprays, Sacred Smokeless Smudge Sprays are not shipped during freezing winter conditions.
During these periods, sprays are available through local pickup or another local arrangement confirmed by Tribal Earth Wellness.
Candles and other approved non-liquid products may continue to be shipped during the winter. Shipping availability may be temporarily paused during severe weather or when safe delivery cannot reasonably be expected.
Processing and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Once a parcel has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are estimates and delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions or other circumstances outside the control of Tribal Earth Wellness.
Damaged or Broken Products
Every order is packaged with care. If a shipped product arrives broken, leaking or otherwise damaged, please contact Tribal Earth Wellness within 48 hours of delivery.

Please keep the product and all packaging until the matter has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require them for inspection.
Once the damage has been verified, Tribal Earth Wellness will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item at no additional cost, subject to product availability. A replacement may not be available if the item was limited, seasonal or one of a kind.
Damage reported after 48 hours will be reviewed individually but may be more difficult to verify or submit to the shipping carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
For health, hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used sprays, candles, soaps and other personal-use products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or were damaged during delivery.
Unopened and unused products may be considered for return within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Prior approval is required. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, and return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective or sent in error.
This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
